History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Through the years after Frouse was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Frouse's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside.
