Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. The war was a terrible time for her, and Philomena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Philomena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Philomena was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Philomena's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
