History: He got into the Miller business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Performer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
