Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Lia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Valorean grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: She was born in a small island village. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now owns her own business.
