History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Heskan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heskan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Heskan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Rohesia was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Rohesia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
