History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and he perpetually has his flail ready. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. Pallabar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born in the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Pallabar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
