Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Arannis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She is a Dyer first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She got into the Dyer business at a young age. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
