Description: She is scrawny and has patchy golden stubble. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has a hunchback. Her tied-back hair is golden. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She got into the Carpenter business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but she was a colossal failure. Recently the stress of being a Carpenter has made it difficult for her to sleep.

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'0". She wears a red cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alain embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears dull brown sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed sai, just in case. Her black fur is greasy and uncared for. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: This man is very fat, and wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His hair, while still mostly brown, has prominent grey streaks. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Xappan speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
