Description: 5'2" and muscular, this eastern man wears bulky brown painted plate armor. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His violet unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. William grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did William. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears a violet collared shirt and blue pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. He is baby faced.
Personality: Gerard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gerard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To end his boredom.

Description: This late middle aged man wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants and is in decent physical shape. He has golden hair. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: She is a Tanner first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Gifted from a young age, Carlin studied abroad. Her childhood dream was to be a Mercenary, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Tanner soon after.
