Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Elysande hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a Map Maker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
