History: She was raised in a plains tribe. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Vola grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Vola. She struck the Guard job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. After months of barely getting by, Nella managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
