History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. A true patriot, Veloptima would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
