Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Anne reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Liftrasa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times.
