History: Born in the west to a Beggar, Mastema learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Detective, but she was a colossal failure. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he wants revenge against brigands
