History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. He has red fur. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Sage father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: This western woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears a white vest and prefers green and grey shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her ears are large.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect her home

Description: He very much looks the part of a Spice Merchant. He carries a battered whip and tarnished nunchaku as well. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Delebean enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
