History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. Motivation: Many goblins want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

History: Mardnab hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital.
