Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears long strands of ruby and short violet dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Barber responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A middle-aged man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. His fur is beige and curly. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Cask lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
