Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Revenge; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and many brigands want him driven away

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She is dressed in earthy colors with a green and blue handkerchief worn on her left side. She has black hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Seamstress arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is greedy

Description: He is in excellent shape and is typically in his Carpenter uniform. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
