History: Born to a Sage, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born into a rich family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
