History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Bolg was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Orc companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Aust was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears baggy white pantaloons and a black scarf. Her hair is auburn, silky, and of moderate length. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Merla was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she feels threatened by others
