Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt, and is pretty ugly. Her red hair has been sun bleached extensively. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Description: An older woman who has the majority of her body covered in plate, she is not a threatening figure. Her black hair, when down, is lengthy. Her half smiles and hazel eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Therlin grew up listening to her father's many stories. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: She is a very philanthropic person; she spends her free time working at various soup kitchens. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Vaina lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with her sister; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable
