He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a Fortune-teller, his father struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ortegar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
