Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Through the years after Paymon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Paymon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Roywyn learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Roywyn grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Roywyn. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
