History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Uthûg was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
