History: Jarana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longbow.

Personality: Donaar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is a great chef.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: He dresses like a well dressed Bookbinder does. He carries with him a set of spears, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is black, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Olunt is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He struck the Bookbinder job and began his own company from there.
