His parents enrolled him in a Warrior school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Fulbar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
