Description: He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a pickaxe, but if one is not available he will default to his mace. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears just a black suit, and is pretty ugly. His crest is short and green. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in a small island village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears dull violet sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed scimitar, just in case. He keeps his long golden hair kept up in a rat tail. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and seeks redemption

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His blue hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are likewise gold.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a Detective, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions
