Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Apothecary, but she got bored and became a Tailor. She has achieved small success as a Tailor.

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep white leather and dull yellow iron scale mail. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Kelter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing a long, brown cloak. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
