Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gennal does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gennal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and to pay off her debts

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Jillian enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Jillian was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
