Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for her, and Stacee does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a Tailor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When Stacee reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Varis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
