Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. History: Cecily was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Gnomes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Breena grew up listening to her father's many stories. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion.
