Personality: He is a Sailor first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cimer studied abroad. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Robert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
