History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Fivin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Fivin's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shanairla grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
