She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Vepar was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: She is a Beggar first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Nurkara was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nurkara's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Nurkara and her spouse have recently divorced.
