Description: He wears a green costume with the symbols of his god on his torso. He carries with him a set of shortspears, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His purple hair is singed and shortened. His black eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Akmen fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His fur is gray, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Dilettante profession.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the north were limited. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat. He keeps his long blue hair kept up in a rat tail. His white eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A true patriot, Mantus would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.
