Description: This man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His white hair is singed and shortened. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She likes to wear black tank tops with brown skirt. Her hair is short and blonde. Her eyes are amber and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Engong was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Engong took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Description: He wears a green armored body suit, with a simple yellow line shooting up and back down. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Through the years after Xappan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Xappan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Xappan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a monstrous two handed axe on his belt. He has wavy black hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thamior does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Thamior was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and he loathes his own lifestyle
