She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Altho was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and gnomish compassion

She found a children's book about a Gnome Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. After a long history of fighting, Meena and her spouse have recently divorced.
