Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is typically in his Navigator uniform. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and likes to wear white tank tops with brown skirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has shaved her head bald. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a axe on his belt. His small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Efferil was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Efferil decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: Standing 6'4", this man wears dull green sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed greataxe, just in case. His white hair is knotted and matted. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job
