History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Dagnal was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right.
