Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Gennal's homeland. Gennal decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Pyxrin lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miner. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
