History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. In her youth she was a Tanner, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Salanop fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gimgen lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
