Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Merchant arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: He is a mite stocky and wears dull brown sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed halberd, just in case. His cinnamon fur is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Through the years after Spear was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Spear's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he's looking for his big break

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a nunchaku on his belt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
