Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Balam is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Balam studied abroad. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Barakas grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Personality: Uraim is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Uraim hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Uraim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
