History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Philomena was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Dalgal hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
