History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her purple hair is braided into rings. Her silver eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He wears a pastel coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He wears his beige fur down. His half smiles and blue eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Courier work with an outfit from a few towns over. Courier work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Courier job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a worn and beaten armor. Her golden hair is wavy and long. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady green eyes.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Naivara was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
