History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bowyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pikar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Tanner business.

History: He got into the Tanner business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills.
