Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his youth he was a Fletcher, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the north to a Crown-heir, Furrele learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. She became a Crown-heir soon after.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: River speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a Merchant, his father struggled to pay the bills. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Elysande was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Elysande's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
