History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Doctor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Through the years after Mary was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mary's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
