History: Gifted from a young age, River studied abroad. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Rinn's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by her family; and she has money and likes to spend it
