History: Spear was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shepherd work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shepherd work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He bought a bow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
